The company hereby, in accordance with Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), informs its clients about the processing of personal data.

1. Scope of Personal Data Processed

We process in particular:

  • Identification data (name, surname, date of birth, address, nationality)
  • Contact details (phone, email)
  • Personal document data (ID card, passport including their copies)
  • National identification number (if required by law)
  • Beneficial owner information
  • Bank details
  • Signature

2. Purpose of Processing

We process personal data for the purpose of:

  • fulfilling contractual obligations
  • fulfilling obligations under Act No. 253/2008 Coll. (AML Act)
  • accounting
  • protecting the legitimate interests of the company
  • communication with clients

3. Legal Basis for Processing (Art. 6 GDPR):

  • performance of a contract
  • compliance with legal obligation
  • legitimate interest of the controller
  • consent (e.g., marketing)

4. Data Processing for AML Purposes

We are an obliged entity under the AML Act. We have a legal obligation to make copies of personal documents and retain them for a minimum of 10 years after the termination of the business relationship.

5. Retention Period

We retain personal data for:

  • the duration of the contractual relationship
  • 10 years after its termination in accordance with the AML Act and Accounting Act

6. Recipients of Personal Data:

  • accounting companies
  • legal representatives
  • Financial Analytical Office, courts, police, Tax Office
  • IT providers

7. Data Subject Rights:

  • right of access
  • right to rectification
  • right to restriction of processing
  • right to lodge a complaint with the ÚOOÚ (Office for Personal Data Protection)
  • right to erasure (if not contrary to legal obligations)

8. Data Security

Personal data is protected by appropriate technical and organizational measures.
